A group is considered two or more families or associates traveling together or meeting at the same resort on the same arrival date. This offer is transferable as long as the transferee meets all of the qualifications detailed below.
Reservationsshould be made 30 days in advance of your intended arrival date. Due to normal reservation patterns, availability will be more limited on weekends, peak travel times and holiday periods. If you have made reservations and must reschedule for any reason, a $25 change fee will apply. To reschedule your reservation, you must contact us as least two (2) weeks in advance of your scheduled arrival date. Participants with confirmed reservations who fail to check-in on their reservation date or fail to reschedule at least two (2) weeks in advance of their arrival date shall forfeit their use of this certificate and be charged a one night “noshow” fee.

This Resort is one of the cleanest resorts that i have been to. The staff was all so helpful to tell us the things to do in town and places to see. The pool was heated to 85 degrees that was nice for the kids. The Villa's very nice big jaccuzi in the master bed room nice after a long day fishing on Lake Hamilton. I had my hair done there in the Resort at Salon Magic , love my new look . The restaurant in the resort Back Porch Grill excellent ! maintenance crew there at your service if needed for anything. they helped us with our bags even helped the kids get the fish they caught off the hook. We will be back . Thanks for a wonderful time at Sunbay Resort !!!! Amanda
