When can I take my trip?
60 days notice is from the time of booking with Reservations. You must first allow time for the processing and redemption of your travel forms through online and regular mail. You must wait to this time to request locations/dates/resorts. We will definitely try to accommodate your choice but you must accept that travel locations/dates/resorts are based on availability.

This certificate is redeemable for a reservation form, offering two adults ages 21 or older to 4 days and 3 nights of accommodations at Club Ambiance located in Runaway Bay, Jamaica. All-inclusive property includes all meals, beverages, gratuities and non-motorized activities. At the time of booking your reservations a US $169 per person reservation and processing fee, double occupancy, is required and payable to the fulfilling travel agency that will book your reservations. Resort accommodations are year round, subject to availability and a 60-day advance notice. Reservations made from Dec. 21st to May 1st require a flat $49 per person seasonal surcharge. Reservations are subject to the travel agency’s availability and promotions inventory. In most cases you will be required to give the travel agency multiple travel dates just in case your 1st requested travel dates are not available. We reserve the right to substitute other resorts based on availability. Additional travelers and extra nights are available for a surcharge at time of booking. Transportation, transfers, hotel taxes, and other non-accommodation expenses are not included. A credit card is required upon check in. Group travel requires a $49 per person surcharge. Jamaica is a foreign country and travelers are required to have a valid passport. Upgraded/additional availability may be available for additional fees and/or adherence to additional terms.
