When can I take my trip?
60 days notice is from the time of booking with Reservations. You must first allow time for the processing and redemption of your travel forms. You must wait to this time to request locations/dates/specific hotels. We will definitely try to accommodate your choice but you must accept that travel locations/dates/hotels are based on availability.
This certificate is redeemable for a reservation form, offering two adults ages 21 or older to 3 days and 2 nights hotel accommodations at your choice of one of the destinations above. Reservations must be made at least 60 days in advance so plan early to receive and send your form. Weekends, holidays, travel within 60 days notice, and hotels within 150 miles of your address require extra fees which vary depending on the hotel you choose. You may not book with less than 10 days notice.
Dates near holidays and during conventions are usually not available with this offer. Accommodations for extra nights may be available for an additional fee at time of booking. This offer is not valid for group travel. In most cases you will be required to give the travel agency multiple travel dates just in case your 1st requested travel dates are not available. Reservations are subject to availability. No pets allowed. This offer does not include food, transportation, room taxes of approximately $12 per night, tips, telephone calls or any item of a personal nature. If traveling with additional adults/children, additional fees are $25 per night per additional adult/child regardless of age. Destinations are subject to change without notice.
This coupon is meant for Monday-Wednesday arrivals.
Weekends/holidays require extra fees. This coupon has up to 12 months from the date of purchase to redeem. There is a one time processing fee of $25 to redeem this offer. You are responsible for fee covering hotel tax of less than $12 per night. You are also required to provide a $50.00 refundable room deposit.
