When can I take my trip?
30 days notice is from the time of booking with Reservations. You must first allow time for the processing and redemption of your travel forms through online and regular mail. You must wait to this time to request locations/dates/specific resorts. We will definitely try to accommodate your choice but you must accept that travel locations/dates/hotels are based on availability. After processing you may book earlier when available for an additional surcharge.

This certificate is redeemable for a reservation form, offering two adults ages 21 or older to 5 days and 4 nights at the location of your choice in Hawaii. Hawaii Locations Include: Honolulu, Maui, Kona and Hilo. At the time of booking your reservations, a US $139 per person reservation and processing fee, double occupancy, is required and payable to the fulfilling travel agency that will book your reservations. Additional nights are available at $99 per night. Resort accommodations are available year round, subject to availability and a minimum 30-day advance notice. Reservation requests made less than 30 days in advance of arrival are accepted based on availability and subject to a surcharge. In most cases you will be required to give the travel agency multiple travel dates just in case your 1st requested travel dates are not available. Reservations are subject to the travel agency’s availability and promotional inventory. Additional travelers require a $35 per person surcharge. Group travel requires a $49 per person surcharge. Upgraded/additional availability may be available for additional fees and/or adherence to additional terms. Transportation, taxes, gratuities, meals, and other expenses are not included with this offer. This certificate has no cash value and where prohibited by law. No purchaser should rely upon representations other than those included in this certificate. The certificate holder is responsible for the terms and conditions as they apply on the date of redemption.
